Atlas Event Rental Supplies Rentals for Jill Zarin’s Annual Luxury Luncheon in the Hamptons

Atlas Event Rental hit the road from South Florida to New York to supply the event rentals for Jill Zarin’s Luxury Luncheon in Southampton, NY. This was the first time Atlas has provided rentals for an event in New York, but not the first time working with Jill Zarin!

Since Jill has a home in Boca Raton, FL, Atlas has had the pleasure of working with her on previous events at her home. It was an honor and an incredible experience to now be part of her annual luxury luncheon!

Jill Zarin, a well-known reality star from the Real Housewives of New York, hosts this luxury fundraiser in honor and memory of her late husband, Bobby Zarin.

For the past 10 years, the Luxury Luncheon is held in Southampton, NY. The Halsey House and Garden in Southampton, NY is a historic house as it was the first home built in South Hampton, NY  in 1683 by Thomas Halsey Jr., the son of pioneer Thomas Halsey Sr. The house has been restored and is open to the public as a museum now. The historic Southampton site is the perfect event venue and provided the classic summer in the Hamptons party backdrop for the luxury luncheon fundraiser to benefit the Bobby Zarin Memorial Trust.

The Event Rental Selection Process

In the weeks prior to the event, we worked alongside Ticket2Events A-List Party Planner, Sean Koski, and Celebrity Event Producer, Brian Kelly, to discuss the event needs, layout, and inventory wish list, in order to select the best event rentals for the luncheon. With items such as lounge furniture, bars, cubbies, 6 ft tables, acrylic and hi-top tables, custom pillows, linens, chairs, and umbrellas, each item was carefully considered before packing up the truck.

Our Bridgerton Lily linen was the perfect complement to the event’s outdoor garden location. We love to design events and choose rentals by factoring in the event’s location and natural ambiance, so this was a great choice!

Since the brand activations would be plentiful, we chose a beautiful ivory matte satin linen for each 6 ft table positioned under the event tent. This would provide a neutral palette for each vendor while still giving a luxury feel to the design.

The event furniture for the luncheon also included lounge furniture, acrylic hi-boys, and antique bistro table and chair sets. When renting lounge furniture, it’s important to consider the guest count and positioning in the overall layout in order to rent the appropriate pieces for the event. We made sure to include the right amount of lounge furniture to provide perfect, cozy sets. Also, no lounge furniture set is complete without beautiful pillows. For the luxury luncheon, we chose custom Atlas Event Rental pillows in both white and soft pink, as well as gold and rose marble accent pillows to round out the look.

The bars used at the luxury luncheon included our Eau Bar and Greyson Bar, as well as our cubbies. Both of our bars and our cubbies served multiple purposes, which is something we loved to witness within the luxury luncheon layout.

The Road to the Hamptons

Our amazing team of drivers headed up the coast from South Florida to New York for this special event. With a few stops, including what turned into incredible photo opportunities for the Atlas Event Rental truck in both Washinton, DC and New York City, our drivers safely arrived onsite for set up the day before the luxury luncheon.

Heather Rouffe, Managing Partner and Director of Sales of Atlas Event Rental was on site as a guest as well as available to assist with layout design, set up, and breakdown of the event too. “This event is for an excellent cause and is an incredible opportunity for Atlas. I wouldn’t miss it for the world!” said Rouffe.

Luxury Luncheon Set Up

The Atlas team worked closely with party planners Sean and Brian of Tickets2Events on-site to set up the entire framework of the outdoor layout under the tent at the Halsey House. From unloading the truck to positioning the bars and umbrellas, arranging the tables with linens for the vendors to host their brand activations and swag, to carefully determining the proper layout of event furniture and patio sets.

We took into consideration the vendor placement within the layout to properly arrange the rentals for optimal use. The aesthetic vibe and guest experience are key factors in arranging an outdoor event layout.

Jill Zarin’s Luxury Luncheon

It was a beautiful day in Southampton, New York. Thankfully, the rain held off until the evening, which meant bright sun shining down on the event tent and red carpet. Real Housewives cast members and celebrities filled the event and red carpet, along with guests who donated to the Bobby Zarin Memorial Trust. From red carpet moments to experiencing brand activations, incredible swag, delicious options from the event food trucks and specialty brands, and sipping on various drinks, the luncheon was a huge delight and success.

With 500 people in attendance throughout the four-hour luncheon, our staff was the last on the land to break down the event and then pack up the truck to head back to Florida!

It was so amazing for our team to attend the luxury luncheon and partner with Jill Zarin and Tickets2Events to bring their event visions to life.
