Since the opening of our doors in 1984, Atlas Event Rental has maintained rigorous safety and sanitary procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our products. The health and safety of our staff, clients, and community remain our utmost priority. Our clients can rest easy knowing that our rental products are always safe and sanitized at only the highest standards approved by local, state, and federal health officials. Tabletop Items:

All tabletop hard goods, including but not limited to chargers, flatware, glassware, china, crates, and racks are processed through a commercial dishwasher with an approved cleaning solution, in water that is in excess of 180 degrees Fahrenheit, meeting and/or exceeding FDA Food Code. After being washed and dried, all items are wrapped in plastic to ensure safe storage and delivery.

Fabric Items:

All fabric goods, including but not limited to linens, napkins, and cushions are professionally laundered in high-heat water with approved cleaning solutions. All items are then wrapped in plastic to ensure safe storage and delivery.

Tables, Chairs, Kitchen Equipment, and All Other Items:

All large goods, including but not limited to tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, dance floors, and more are cleaned with an approved sanitizing solution before being delivered to your event and upon return.

Delivery Trucks and Driver Protocols:

All delivery trucks are sanitized daily. Our drivers are equipped with gloves, masks, and sanitizer. Gloves and masks will be worn while delivering your items. We are also now offering a no-contact delivery option, please speak to your sales associate for more information.

Warehouse and Showroom Protocols:

Atlas Event Rental continues to regularly update our employees on the most current safety and hygiene procedures determined by local, state, and federal health officials. We are requesting that our clients book an appointment online before visiting to minimize traffic in our showrooms. We have installed hand sanitizing stations throughout our showrooms, offices, and warehouse, and will adhere to the most current social distancing guidelines.
