Palm Beach to the Hamptons For the Event of the Summer!

Jill Zarin’s Luxury Luncheon in The Hamptons was back again for its 11th year in a row benefiting the Bobby Zarin Memorial Fund. Atlas Event Rental sponsored the event rentals and provided a beautiful array of tables, chairs, bars, linens, and more!

For the second year in a row, we traveled from South Florida to the Hamptons to supply the event rentals for Mend Skincare’s Jill Zarin’s Luxury Luncheon by Laifen and Ticket2events to benefit the Bobby Zarin Memorial Trust. We were honored to provide the party rentals needed and assist with designing the layout for this star-studded Hamptons event featuring which benefits such a great cause.

Our Atlas Event Rental truck was packed to the brim to drive up the East Coast from our Boynton Beach event rental warehouse in South Florida to Southampton, New York with all of the luncheon event rentals including table and chair rentals, lounge furniture, bar rentals, umbrellas, and more!

Luncheon Event Rentals & Event Set Up

This year’s luncheon was held outdoors at the Southampton Inn. The layout was magnificent as it featured vendor booths, product displays, bars, and other set-ups under a tent as well as various activations, red carpet, and seating across the beautiful lawn.

Our team assisted in designing the layout which included the following list of rental items to complete the luncheon look.

Bar Rentals:

Various bars were used not only to serve drinks but also for other creative purposes.

Our Madison bar was used for the check-in area of the event which set the tone for guests as they arrived.

The Eau Back Bar was uniquely decorated with florals that made this such a creative display for the title sponsor, Mend Skincare, to display the product.

The Gatsby Back Bar was used to display Mend Skincare’s featured skincare products at their booth area within the layout under the tent.

Our Greyson bar was used as an elevated serving station area for the lobster company serving lobster rolls. Our Acrylic rental furniture collection, including bars and hi-tops, became the perfect displays for vendors.

Linen Rentals

Our Eloise Pink linens looked so beautiful scattered throughout the event on hi top tables. The colors of the linen combined with the stunning pattern helped to create the eye-catching floral aesthetic of the summer luxury luncheon. We provided Ivory linens for each vendor table.

Seating

Lounge Furniture was strategically positioned to provide cozy seating areas under the tent, including the VIP lounge.

Our Rattan Peacock Chairs were the chair rentals used for the Lacroix setup. Chiavari bar stools were used at the check-in area and by various vendors who had activations that required guests to sit for the experience.

Cubbies

We love how useful our cubbies are for events. Cubbies are rented for a variety of purposes and for this luncheon, which features a ton of product and swag, the cubbies acted as a “Beauty Bar” and provided a visually appealing way for guests to view and grab products!

Additional Rentals 

Market Umbrellas were incredibly useful for providing shade at various spots throughout the event layout.

We also provided all of the tables used by vendors, trash cans for use behind bars and throughout the event, ropes, stanchions, and coolers for the vendors who needed ice or to keep things cold behind the bars and set-ups.

Luxury Luncheon Details

Delicious food included pizza from Americano Pizza Cart, lobster rolls from LUNCH, gelato from a super cool gelato machine by Salato, and unique ice cream flavors by Cream and Sugar.

And of course, we cannot leave out mentioning the incredible brands and products that were on display at Jill’s Luxury Luncheon! Everything from hair accessories by Teleties and express gel manicures by Freshcoat to blowouts by Laifen, skincare by title sponsor Mend, as well as samples from  KC Chic Designs jewelry,Aurora Nutrascience and Vida Lifescience, The Beauty Bar featured a beautiful display of products from Branch Basics, Colleen Roth Child, SkinMedica, Safely, Coola, Beachwaver, Truvani, Corckcicle,  to name a few. The Quilted Koala swag bags included products from additional brands such as Hanky Panky, Truman, Tommy Hilfiger, Nutrafol, and many more.
